29th November – Keep it free for the AGM

Dear Member

The Association’s 2014 Annual General Meeting will be held at Rowheath Pavilion, Heath Road, Bournville, Birmingham, B30 1HH at 1.45pm on 29th November 2014.
Your club Secretary (or the club’s nominated i-contact) has today been emailed all the formal papers relevant to the meeting.
All of these are also available for members’ viewing on the Knowledge Base, together with all Officer Reports when they are submitted by each Officer.
There will also be the ‘usual’ attendances by suppliers, the event commencing at 9.45am.
Please take the time to read all the papers as they provide a valuable insight into the work of the association and its proposals for the future.
