The 2020 MYA MD AGM documentation has been uploaded to the District Administration section of the website here: https://mya-uk.org.uk/districts/midlands/district-administration/
Your club secretary will be sent the documentation and an Electronic voting form will follow on 18th October so that the club can register their votes. This must be returned to Colin Walton no later than 29th October to be included in the AGM returns.
There will be an online District AGM meeting by Zoom on 1st November at 15:00 and a link will be sent to the MD club secretaries soon.
