After an initial entry of 14 skippers, 12 turned up on the day to enjoy 15 races.
Under the direction of OOD Robbie Nevitt a triangular course was set out on the Sutton Bingham Reservoir using separate start & finish lines .
Sailing got under way on time with all competitors using top suit for the moderate wind conditions.
In sail number order two skippers were selected to observe each race. This worked well and meant that with 18 races sailed during the day each skipper sailed 15 races.
Racing was close throughout the day with 5 different skippers managing a win.
Tony Edwards was congratulated on winning the event followed closely by 2 Sedgemoor members and a Woodspring member. All who accepted prizes. Dennis Graham was thanked for attending as he had travelled the furthest distance for the days event.
Thanks must again go to the Yeovil club members who put on an excellent event
