Some years ago I thought I would have a go at moulding an IOM mainsail. I made a mould for the top rig. See att shots. I do not think I will get round to progressing this project so would like to dispose of the mould. It's FOC but collection only as it's quite heavy. We are in Norfolk near Norwich. Many thanks for you reply. I am OK with card templates. Just to clarify reason for original request. I buy patch material from a local sailmaker and noticed that they use a CNC cutter to produce the full size sail numbers. However, although they could supply finished patches , if you have the appropriate dxf files, there is a set up charge . It's only really viable if you order a large quantity.

Has anyone got a dxf. or dwg. file for the Kantum S patches ? Apparently the factory copies were on a laptop which was stolen. Thanks
